Hello! I am Angel Frauenthal, a licensed Realtor based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Originally from Vicksburg, Mississippi, I “married into the military” and started the challenges and excitement of being a spouse to a U.S. Naval Officer. This included PCS’ing to Charleston SC, Groton CT, Silverdale WA, and even to Naples Italy. There, I began investing in rental properties and formed a real estate based LLC. After starting our family, my husband and I decided to settle permanently in the vibrant city of Phoenix and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I decided to use my various experiences as a buyer, seller, landlord, tennant, 1031 exchange user, and LLC owner to help others do the same. As a realtor, I hold designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) to provide expert guidance to military personnel and clientele seeking vacation or investment properties. In addition, I own and operate a short-term rental property, giving me valuable insights into the lucrative world of hospitality and investment opportunities. This first-hand experience allows me to offer comprehensive advice to clients considering similar ventures. While I primarily serve the Phoenix area, my expertise extends all the way into central Arizona, including the scenic towns of Payson, Pine, and Strawberry.
